IF I make it an 'all day' event, then it will come thru and sync with my iPhone. I can create a new event on my outlook calendar. However, my calendar won't sync properly to iPhone as it used to. I can sync my contacts from Outlook16 to my iPhone just fine. I can now sync my calendar and contacts from new Outlook16 with icloud just fine.
